Job summary

Cloud Soft Treats at SM Mall of Asia in the Philippines is hiring a friendly team member for a full-time cashiering and service role in a fast-paced dessert shop. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Open to applicants with or without prior experience; weekends and holidays may be required. You will handle cash, assist with inventory, keep the store clean, maintain fro-yo machines, and prepare items for service to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a tea shop, beverage shop, coffee shop, or dessert shop is preferred but not required.
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering: Accurately process customer transactions, manage the cash register, handle various payment methods, and follow proper cash handling protocols.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, replenishing products, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply.
• Store Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including regular sanitization of workstations, seating areas, and shared spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Machine Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of frozen yogurt machines to ensure operational efficiency and uphold product quality and safety standards.
• Order Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and other menu items according to company standards, ensuring consistency in presentation, quality, and customer service.
