Job summary

A local automation company in Quezon City is urgently hiring a Service Coordinator. The role involves coordinating schedules between the sales team, technicians, and customers, along with preparing necessary documentation. Candidates should be graduates of a vocational course or willing to be trained, particularly fresh graduates. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This position offers a full-time on-site work schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Vocational Training in Electronics or Instrumentation Technology or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.

• Coordinate with Sales Team with regards to their request schedule
• Coordinate to technician and customer about their schedule
• Prepare documents needed by technician for field schedule such as Service Report, Draft Certificate, Calibration sticker, Warranty Certificate, Completion report, etc.
• Monitor delivery of Certificate of Calibration
• Attend on-site schedule for meeting or to monitor the work of field service technician if needed
