Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Service Contract Support Specialist to own a designated service contract base and drive renewals with business stakeholders. You will manage changes within the contract lifecycle, including parts updates, change orders, cancellations, and monitor data quality.

Responsibilities include creating pricing and documentation for assigned contracts, ensuring timely proposals, and coordinating with the Contract Proposal Team during the first year handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent - Administrative or Technical.
• Fluent in English.
• 2 years of experience with process controls/pricing-proposal environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong Math skills, including basic commercial awareness (booking margins, cash flow).
• Basic knowledge of pricing of service agreements.
• Able to forge strong internal business relationships and deliver on commitments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as good verbal, written and presentation skills.
