Job summary

Ebara Pumps Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Laguna to oversee preventive maintenance, after-sales service scheduling, and project-based testing/retention activities.

You will prepare repair quotations, manage consumables, and ensure effective communication with office and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include performing repairs in the absence of a technician, conducting regular machine checks, and driving process improvements while adhering to IMS, QEHS, and data

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate trade/diploma certificate or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in the same field.
• Must have pump rewinding experience.
• Machining and welding experience desired.
• Experience in repair and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics of complex pumping systems would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage after sales servicing schedule by area and market segment.
• Monitor and document all service activities in all projects-based customers where testing and commissioning/retention is involved.
• Prepare repair quotation.
• Monitoring for all consumables used in repair.
• Provide a high-level of communication with the Office and Maintenance teams and perform general yard facility maintenance.
• Do all repair job in absence of repair technician.
• Performs regular machine checkup and monitoring/
• Perform quality checks as subscribe.
• Improve work efficiency by job process standardizing.
• Checking/managing staff skill progress.
• Other jobs as assigned from time to time by General Manager.
• Observes policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and work instructions for the effective and efficient performance of assigned work and achieve IMS objectives.
• Apply QEHS, Information Security and business continuity management principles.
• Establish, promote, communicate and make sure the IMS is in place and effectively implemented.
