Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is expanding its service bay network. The Service Bay Business Specialist will drive growth, build relationships with operators, and ensure high-quality automotive care services across outlets.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or related fields, strong communication, and willingness to visit outlets within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or automotive/service industry operations.
• Familiarity with service bay, auto-repair, or lubrication service operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow service bay revenue through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
• Develop and present business proposals to prospective clients, fleet accounts, and corporate partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets for assigned service bay outlets.
