Westside Auto Service is seeking a confident, friendly voice to join our service department as the first point of contact for customers. You’ll manage inbound service calls and leads, turning enquiries into confirmed appointments with a strong focus on booking conversion.

Based in Australia, this full-time role offers weekday-only hours, training on our DMS/CRM, and exposure to international customer service.

Qualificações

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Experience handling high call volumes in a customer-facing role.
• Sales or conversion mindset: turning inquiries into bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Availability for Mon–Fri Australian business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound service calls (approx. 80 calls/day).
• Convert enquiries into bookings by following up leads.
• Make proactive outbound calls to confirm/reschedule/rebook.
• Reconnect with customers with arrived parts, missed appointments, or outstanding recommendations.
• Create bookings and repair orders in the dealership system (training provided).
• Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with service team to match bookings with technician availability.
• Share insights on booking trends and customer feedback with management.
