Job summary

Westside Auto Service seeks a confident, friendly voice to handle inbound service calls and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments. You will manage bookings, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the service team to align with technician availability.

The role focuses on driving one main KPI: booking conversion, with full training provided and exposure to international (Australian) customer service. Mon-Fri, Australian business hours, no overtime.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience handling high call volumes in a customer-facing role.
• Sales or conversion mindset: turning inquiries into bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Availability Mon-Fri, Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls (~80/day) with clear pricing and availability.
• Convert enquiries into bookings by following up leads from website/CRM/marketing.
• Make proactive outbound calls to confirm or rebook customers.
• Reconnect with customers after parts arrive or missed appointments.
• Create bookings and repair orders in the dealership management system.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with service team to match bookings with technician availability.
• Share insights on booking trends and customer feedback with management.
