Job summary

Baobao Roast And Dimsum is seeking a Server/Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service, handle orders, and manage payments in a fast-paced dining setting in the Philippines. You will greet guests, explain menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy throughout service.

You will operate the POS system, issue receipts, maintain cash integrity, and keep the dining area clean and organized while coordinating with the supervisor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with the menu and provide information about dishes, promotions, and available items.
• Take customer orders accurately and confirm orders before submitting them.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and properly.
• Check on customers during their meal and respond to reasonable requests.
• Operate the POS/cashier system accurately and process cash, card, e-wallet, and other approved payment methods.
• Ensure that all orders and payments are properly recorded and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain proper handling and safekeeping of cash and report any cash shortages, overages, voids, discounts, or payment discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately.
• Keep tables, chairs, counters, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate closely with the Supervisor, kitchen staff, and other servers

About the role
