Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Service Crew member to greet customers, take orders, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will assist in menu recommendations, coordinate with the kitchen and cashier, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires teamwork, willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college level or vocational training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Service Crew is preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn and follow restaurant service, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide information about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or appropriate station.
• Serve food and beverages while adhering to service standards.
• Monitor tables and attend to customer requests throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented before serving.
• Assist in preparing tables and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and stations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth flow.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and staff for timely service.
• Assist in restocking service supplies and dining essentials.
• Follow company policies and SOPs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
