Global BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking a Technical AI Search, SEO & Web Implementation Specialist to audit and enhance client websites for traditional and AI search, then implement changes and verify results. You will work across CMS platforms to ensure metadata, schema, and site structure support AI visibility and organic performance.
Your role blends technical SEO, web development, and QA, collaborating with strategy and content teams to deliver measurable improvements.
We are looking for a Technical AI Search, SEO & Web Implementation Specialist responsible for auditing and improving client websites across traditional search and AI search. The role combines SEO knowledge, technical SEO, web development, and hands‑on implementation. This is not an audit‑only role. You will move from finding issues to making recommendations, implementing website changes, conducting QA, and verifying results. You will help ensure that improvements support both organic search performance and AI discoverability, retrieval, and citation. You will use AI-assisted / vibe coding to work efficiently across different websites and technology stacks while remaining responsible for the quality of the final implementation.
Audit websites against traditional SEO and AI search / citation‑readiness fundamentals, including crawlability, indexability, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonicals, status codes, redirects, metadata, headings, internal linking, site architecture, rendering/SSR, mobile usability, page speed, structured data/schema, and AI crawler accessibility.
Identify technical and on‑page issues that may prevent content from being discovered, understood, ranked, retrieved, or cited.
Implement technical and on‑page SEO recommendations directly on client websites.
Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, information architecture, schema, and other page‑level signals where required.
Ensure changes intended to improve AI visibility do not negatively affect traditional organic search performance.
Work with strategy and content teams to translate AI visibility findings into practical website changes.
Fix crawl and indexation issues, redirects, canonicals, sitemap and robots configurations, rendering issues, performance problems, and other technical findings.
Troubleshoot implementation issues across different CMS platforms and custom technology stacks.
Make practical design and front‑end changes, including layouts, components, navigation, content presentation, and responsive behaviour.
Implement and validate relevant Schema.org / JSON‑LD, including Organization, Article, FAQ, Person, Product, Service, Breadcrumb, and other schema types based on client requirements.
2-3 years Strong working knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, internal linking, site architecture, metadata, schema, crawlability, and indexability.
Understanding of how traditional SEO, GEO, and AEO intersect, particularly how website structure, content signals, entities, authority, and technical accessibility can affect AI retrieval and citation.
Strong hands‑on website development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience implementing SEO recommendations rather than only producing audit reports.
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and/or similar CMS platforms.
Understanding of rendering, canonicalization, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
Experience implementing and validating Schema.org structured data / JSON‑LD.
Strong practical experience with AI‑assisted / vibe coding using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.
Ability to inspect, debug, test, and safely deploy AI‑generated website changes.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
