Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO & AI Search Implementation Specialist to audit, optimize, and improve client websites for traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

You will own end-to-end website improvements, troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and use AI-assisted coding tools across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and other CMSs to boost organic performance. This role requires HTML/CSS/JS know-how, Core Web Vitals focus, and strong QA in Manila.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing SEO recommendations on live websites.

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Technical SEO & AI Search Implementation Specialist to audit, optimize, and improve client websites for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. This is not an audit-only role. You'll take ownership of implementing website improvements, troubleshooting technical issues, and validating fixes to support organic search performance and AI discoverability. You'll also use AI-assisted coding tools to work efficiently across different CMS platforms and website technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO and AI search readiness audits.
• Identify issues affecting crawlability, indexability, website performance, and AI content retrieval.
• Implement SEO improvements involving metadata, headings, internal linking, site architecture, and structured data.
• Troubleshoot redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, rendering, and website performance issues.
• Make practical front-end and responsive design improvements.
• Manage and optimize websites using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Implement and validate Schema.org structured data using JSON-LD.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to accelerate website development and troubleshooting.
• Test and verify website changes across desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to implement SEO and AI search recommendations.

About you

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on experience implementing SEO recommendations directly on websites.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• Understanding of crawlability, indexability, rendering, redirects, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience implementing and validating structured data / JSON-LD.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to debug, test, and safely implement website changes.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or Screaming Frog.
• Strong troubleshooting, QA, and communication skills.
