Job summary

Quentic in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an experienced AEO/SEO Specialist & Website Editor to lead our search optimization and CMS publishing efforts. This hybrid role focuses on combining traditional SEO with AI-driven answer engines to drive organic visibility and content effectiveness.

You will plan SEO content, work with writers, and publish pages in our CMS (Storyblok), while coordinating with stakeholders and reporting on performance using GSC/GA4.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience covering on-page, off-page, technical and Gen SEO.
• Hands-on with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, enterprise platform) and CMS publishing.
• Deep expertise in AEO/Gen SEO and AI-assisted search considerations.
• Familiarity with schema.org structured data and basic HTML troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• SEO & AEO strategy: research keywords, gaps, and AI-ready content.
• Website & CMS management: publish pages, structure with clean headings and schema markup.
• Content collaboration: work with writers and SMEs to publish optimized pages.
• Reporting & leadership: build dashboards and present organic performance findings to stakeholders.
