Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control within beverage or food industries.
• Strong organoleptic and sensory evaluation skills.
• Ability to communicate sensory findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials to ensure quality and suitability for production.
• Lead and coordinate sensory panel activities for consistent evaluations.
• Analyze sensory data and provide recommendations for product acceptance or rejection.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Document sensory results clearly and support continuous quality improvements.
