Job summary

IFF, based in the Philippines and operating on-site, seeks an experienced food innovation professional to lead savory product development across plant-based and traditional categories. You will drive technical strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong customer partnerships to deliver market-ready concepts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in snacks/culinary creation, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in snacks and culinary creation.
• Strong leadership experiences, including mentoring trainees and junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply savoury product solutions across plant-based meats, sauces, soups, condiments, ready meals, and meat products using IFF’s ingredient and flavour portfolio.
• Lead technical strategy, category initiatives, and concept generation, integrating IFF technologies and TASTE DESIGN™ innovation.
• Build strong customer partnerships by understanding business strategies, brands, consumer preferences, and market trends, while providing total solution-based support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Flavorists, Consumer Research, Regulatory, and R&D teams to deliver commercial success.
