Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is full-time and onsite, with duties spanning program management, training, inspections, and incident investigations.

You will work with management, employees, contractors, vendors, and regulators to promote a safe working environment and implement preventive controls across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications in occupational health and safety.
• Formal training or accreditation in occupational health and safety is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in safety management, OHS, facilities, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, regulations, emergency response, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.
