Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of Workforce Software solutions.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and collaborate closely with clients. The role covers timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and compliance modules; you will configure WFS, run system tests, develop scripts (JavaScript, SQL, HTML), and integrate with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Workforce Software solutions (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Compliance).
• Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.
• Configure and implement WFS modules and perform system testing.
• Develop scripts using JavaScript, SQL, or HTML.
• Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
• Conduct client workshops and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues.
