Cognizant is seeking an HCM Manager to provide leadership and expert guidance to management and the team. You will coordinate staffing, ensure work/life balance, and collaborate with clients to deliver Workday projects end-to-end.

The role requires strong Workday experience, SME status in at least one module, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with global teams and drive continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS or IT-Engineering field.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5 years’ experience with Workday.
• SME of at least 1 Workday Module.
• Workday supplemental Certification is an advantage (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Core/Advanced Compensation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Mansioni

• Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management.
• Leads client interactions and drives project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment and maintenance of Workday ecosystem.
• Oversees workload, escalation paths, and resource coordination for team priorities (CRs).
• Oversees team forecasting and utilization.
• Handles post go-live changes and End to End testing with hypercare support.
• Manages day-to-day operations, establishing processes, standards, and key metrics.
• Builds training materials and packs for new functionality deployment and customer offering.
• Collaborates with team to support customer satisfaction and success.
