Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco 9800 WLC or large AireOS environments.
• Solid mastery of 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and RF fundamentals.
• Strong TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and BGP/OSPF routing expertise.
• Experience with ITIL/ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• L3 Escalation Mastery: final escalation point for complex wireless issues across global sites.
• Incident Leadership: own high-severity wireless incidents end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Deep-Dive Troubleshooting: resolve complex issues related to wireless networking and RF.
• Proactive RCA: lead root cause analyses to reduce recurring incidents.
• Knowledge Leadership: create and maintain high-level documentation and guides for teams.
