Job summary

N4 Studio is seeking a senior Webflow Launch & QA Specialist to own QA and launch readiness for client websites. You will evolve testing with automation, drive content migrations, CRM/UI integrations, and SEO/AEO implementation.

Work closely with Technical Delivery Leads, developers, and strategists to ensure every site is technically sound, content-accurate, and optimized for visibility and conversions. We operate fully remote with a global client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital agency or similar web role with QA/launch management
• End-to-end QA ownership for website builds or migrations
• Hands-on automation experience with regression checks and visual tests
• Ability to write basic scripts for automation (JS/Python)
• Strong SEO fundamentals and technical SEO knowledge
• Experience with content-heavy sites and large CMS migrations
• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush
• Experience supporting HubSpot CRM integrations
• Familiar with Webflow CMS, staging/publishing, API
• Structured, reliable under delivery pressure with clear communication
• Proven track record of QA process improvement

Responsibilities

• Owning website QA prior to launch, including content accuracy and functionality
• Designing pre-launch and post-launch audits to meet N4 standards
• Identify automation opportunities and implement tooling to reduce manual checks
• Manage content migrations, mapping, validation, and quality control
• Ensure SEO and AEO fundamentals are implemented before launch
• Validate metadata, schema, redirects, and internal linking
• Identify and resolve broken links, 404s, and crawl issues (prefer automation)
• Support CRM and marketing integrations including lead routing
• Validate analytics and conversion tracking in GA4 and related tools
• Monitor post-launch performance and flag optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Technical Delivery Leads and developers to build automated checks
• Document QA findings and tooling to be maintainable by the team
