Job summary

OMG is looking for an Implementation QA Specialist to validate website changes before release, focusing on risk-based validation rather than exhaustive testing. You will work with developers and project managers to identify defects, provide actionable feedback, and ensure release readiness across ecommerce journeys.

You’ll test desktop and mobile layouts, forms, CTAs, and key navigation, ensuring changes don’t break critical user journeys.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in QA, website testing, software testing or related digital delivery environment.
• Experience testing websites on WordPress, Shopify or other CMS/ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA validation on completed Implementation tasks before release.
• Validate core functionality and primary user journeys.
• Test forms, links, and CTAs to ensure proper operation.
• Check desktop and mobile layouts for errors and usability issues.
• Document defects clearly with repro steps for developers.
