Job summary

De Nora S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer to support the design of water, wastewater, and ultrapure water treatment systems.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop reliable process solutions, provide technical guidance, and contribute to successful project execution. The role requires a degree in engineering and at least eight years in process engineering for water systems, with hands-on experience in processes such as coagulation, filtration, disinfection,

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or similar).
Minimum 8 years as Process Engineer in Water/Wastewater Treatment.
Direct knowledge of water/wastewater and industrial/ultrapure water tech and unit operations.
Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
Effective technical writing and reporting skills.
Experience with desalination, process control, and testing/commissioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead process design development for water, wastewater, and ultrapure water unit operations, including calculations, specs, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
Provide cost-effective solutions while ensuring technical compliance with client requirements.
Provide training and mentoring to Process Engineers and other personnel.
Lead a team of engineers during project execution.
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop P&ID and PFD for water systems.
Support tender teams with process expertise as needed.
Travel to sites as required.
