Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with board licensure.
5-7 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment.
Preferably with a Master’s Degree.
Strong foundation in process design for water treatment systems (RO, Softener/Demin, UF, UPW, Ultra Pure DI).

Responsibilities

Design and optimize water treatment processes and develop P&IDs, equipment specs, and calculations.
Collaborate with project, operations, and sales teams to translate client requirements into robust designs.
Prepare technical proposals and support commissioning and performance validation.
Review design standards and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors; provide guidance to junior engineers.
Pursue continuous improvement and innovation in water treatment technologies.
