Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide senior-level process engineering across development, design, execution, commissioning, and operation of water and wastewater projects.

You will ensure treatment processes are sound, fit for purpose, and capable of achieving capacity, quality, efficiency, reliability, and performance targets. You will collaborate with EPC contractors, technology providers, equipment suppliers, and project teams to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8-15+ years of process engineering experience in water/wastewater or related facilities.
• Strong experience reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, process calculations, equipment datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish process design criteria and basis for water and wastewater projects.
• Review equipment lists, datasheets, and process design specifications.
• Review EPC deliverables and ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.
• Provide commissioning/start-up support and performance testing for treatment systems.
• Support plant performance optimization and ongoing process engineering for operations.
