Responsibilities

• Supervises POC personnel and ensures orderly workflow.
• Checks orders and stock movements in SAP and monitors SKU availability.
• Assigns codes to pickers and oversees picking across zones.
• Monitors picker speed, time elapsed, and zones performance.
• Ensures FEFO is followed and stocks are fully picked.
• Coordinates stock transfers with clerks and forklift operator.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in POC area.
• Reports activities to Warehouse Manager.
