Job summary

AMBER in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage shift Manning, and ensure timely delivery receiving and unloading with correct storage.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree in Logistics, Engineering, SCM or Business Administration, has at least 5 years of related experience, and is proficient with WMS and Excel. You will coach staff, monitor KPI performance, and enforce 5S and Good Warehouse Practices.

Qualifications

• BS degree in logistics, engineering, SCM or business administration.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift Manning and ensure delivery receiving and unloading.
• Settle deliveries to branches and ensure route plans maximize weight and volume.
• Monitor equipment and vehicles and keep records for traceability.
• Communicate job expectations and coach team members.
• Conduct weekly huddles to discuss productivity and KPI.
• Ensure inventory reports are checked and discrepancies reconciled; ensure 5S and GWP compliance.
