Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
• Supervise and lead warehouse personnel, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales for timely delivery.
• Manage warehouse equipment and facilities to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports.
