Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 8–10 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong leadership and data analytics required.
• Experience with KPIs and WMS/databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse in line with policies and vision.
• Provide analytics-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Manage analyses including cost/benefit, delivery/returns, forecasts, and feasibility.
• Oversee inbound, reverse logistics, inventory, outbound, and maintenance; ensure SLAs.
• Develop staff and prepare for future challenges.
• Enforce optimal policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing requirements.
• Manage warehouse cost and budget.
• Produce regular reports: KPIs, shrinkage, stock movement, costs.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
