Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sr. Wafer Planner to lead end-to-end wafer planning for a high-mix semiconductor environment.

You will translate customer demand into executable wafer start plans, manage factory constraints, and drive WIP health and cycle-time performance, serving as a planning authority across cross-functional teams. The role requires 7-10+ years in wafer planning, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with SAP and MES.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer planning, production planning, or supply planning.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab processes, WIP flow, cycle time, and bottleneck behavior.
• Experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer demand and forecasts into accurate monthly/weekly wafer start plans.
• Develop and maintain supply scenarios for decision-making.
• Analyze capacity and identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Monitor WIP distribution and drive actions to meet cycle-time targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, and quality on planning issues.
