Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Wafer Planner in Binan, Laguna to lead end-to-end wafer planning for a high‑mix semiconductor environment.

You will translate customer demand into executable wafer start plans, manage factory constraints, and drive WIP health and cycle‑time performance. We seek 7–10+ years of experience in wafer/production planning, proficiency with SAP and MES, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in semiconductor wafer or supply planning.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab processes and cycle time.
• Experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Willing to work in Binan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand into accurate monthly/weekly wafer start plans.
• Develop supply scenarios for decision-making.
• Analyze fab capacity and identify bottlenecks.
• Recommend load-balancing and routing adjustments.
• Monitor WIP and maintain cycle-time targets.
• Support on-time delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain planning master data and drive digitalization initiatives.
