Job summary

Vishay is seeking a Sr. Wafer Planner to lead end-to-end wafer planning in a high-mix semiconductor environment at Binan, Laguna. Translate customer demand into executable wafer start plans and manage capacity constraints.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery, drive WIP health, and optimize cycle time. 7–10+ years in wafer or production planning with SAP/MES experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer planning, production planning, or supply planning.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab processes, WIP flow, cycle time, and bottleneck behavior.
• Strong experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Wafer Start & Supply Planning: Convert customer demand and forecasts into accurate monthly/weekly wafer start plans.
• Capacity & Constraint Management: Analyze fab capacity and identify bottlenecks; adjust load-balancing and routing as needed.
• WIP & Cycle-Time Governance: Monitor WIP distribution and drive actions to meet cycle-time targets.
• Customer Commit & Delivery Support: Confirm delivery schedule with fab WIP and coordinate with BP, foundry, and factory counterparts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in management reviews and support NPI ramps with planning inputs.
• Data, Systems, and Process Excellence: Maintain master data and lead digitalization/automation initiatives.
