Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Strategic Capacity Planner to align manufacturing capacity with customer demand through wafer start planning, capacity optimization, and long-range supply strategies.

You will partner with Integrated Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Units to balance demand and supply, optimize site utilization, and drive data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, capacity planning, or operations management.
Strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Drive quarterly BOQ planning by evaluating demand and closing supply-demand gaps.
Develop capacity strategies for semiannual planning to optimize internal/external capacity.
Analyze product/technology mix to support site optimization across locations.
Evaluate capital investments and cross-utilization to improve capital efficiency.
Lead multisource qualification initiatives to strengthen supply continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and performance.
