Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and grow our Sales team, setting strategy and driving revenue targets. You will oversee key account management, develop plans, quotas, and performance metrics, and partner with leadership to expand market share.

The role requires 10–15 years of sales experience in food specialty ingredients or trading, a strong record of target achievement, and exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. On-site in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of sales experience, ideally in food specialty ingredients, food chemicals, or trading.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation and communication skills.
• Established industry network is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales team in achieving overall revenue and business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, quotas, and performance metrics.
• Grow key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and industry decision-makers.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and team members.
