Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on VMware operations in production environments.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve VMware-based infrastructure in production.
• Handle incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis.
• Plan upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of VMware platforms.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and documentation for regulated industries.
• Work with architects and project teams on new implementations and migrations.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge through best practices.
