Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with VMWare operations in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of vSphere and ESXi and related VMware management tools.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in IT operations.
• Good understanding of networking, storage, and basic security principles.
• Ability to work in English in a professional setting, both spoken and written.
• A practical, collaborative mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve VMWare-based infrastructure in production and critical environments.
• Handle incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and prevention.
• Plan and perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of VMWare platforms.
• Work with security, compliance, and documentation for highly regulated industries.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams on new implementations and migrations.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge through best practices and documentation.
