Job summary

Zenutna Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled engineer to maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms in the Philippines. You will ensure high availability, peak performance, and rapid incident resolution for critical systems.

The role focuses on VMware virtualization, Nutanix infrastructure, and Linux administration, with on‑call rotations and 24/7 operations to meet SLAs and support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE/ECE or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, Linux).
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and IT service management processes (incident handling, ticketing, escalation, documentation).
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations environment (rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, night shifts, on‑call).

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support VMware virtualization.
• Assist in managing and supporting Nutanix infrastructure.
• Perform Linux system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations via ticketing systems.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with Level 2 teams and external vendors on complex concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and shift schedules to support critical systems.
