Job summary

DNV GL in the Philippines seeks an experienced professional to oversee survey of vessels during new construction and manage projects related to newbuilding.

You will certify materials and components, maintain good client relations with local clients, provide technical assistance, and ensure all work complies with DNV rules. Confidentiality and timely reporting to line management are required; other duties as assigned by the Station Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experiences in maritime and oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Survey of vessels during new construction stage.
• Project management of new building vessels.
• Certification of materials and components.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations with local clients.
• Provide technical assistance externally and internally as needed.
• Ensure work complies with DNV rules, regulations, guidelines and quality requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients' business, processes and documentation.
• Communicate important information to line management as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned by Station Manager.
