Maxximiler Distributors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Salesman to drive daily route sales in Iloilo City. You will deliver products, build strong retailer relations, and promote new deals to increase volumes.

The role requires a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license, with a proven ability to meet targets. You will plan routes, manage inventory, handle returns, and prepare reports while guiding junior teammates and suggesting improvements to management.

• Has motorcycle and driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Sell and deliver products to retail outlets as per route plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Promote new products and deals to grow sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Plan and manage daily sales routes efficiently.
• Load and unload products from the van.
• Maintain accurate inventory and daily stock reconciliation.
• Handle returns and damaged goods professionally.
• Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
• Submit invoices and delivery paperwork on time.
• Provide market feedback on trends and competition.
• Guide Junior Van Salesman on techniques and policies.
• Assist in optimizing sales operations and suggest improvements.
