Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a driven individual to drive the company van, sell products, and build strong customer relationships across Metro Manila. The role requires a valid driver’s license, sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

You will manage inventory, handle cash, and report daily sales while contributing to promotional activities and meeting targets. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in sales or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy products.
• Familiarity with the local area and routes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to various locations to sell products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
• Ensure the van is clean and well-maintained.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Collect customer feedback and report to management.
• Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
