Job summary

Teamified is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the design strategy for our AI-driven platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and the CTO to shape visual and interaction design for complex workplace analytics, enabling customers to act on insights.

You will lead AI-enhanced workflows, build scalable design systems, and ensure high-quality, responsive experiences across devices while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of UX/UI design experience in B2B software or data-heavy apps.
• Strong experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Proven ability to design clear interfaces that convey complex information and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enhanced design strategy and explore AI-driven workflows.
• Create intuitive interfaces for workplace insights with strong information architecture.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Build and evolve design systems, components, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, well-executed designs.
• Explore AI-powered design tools to boost productivity and insights.
• Prototype and iterate with hands-on usability testing and data-driven adjustments.
• Ensure pixel-perfect delivery across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
