Blueprint is seeking a Senior UX/CX Designer to join a U.S.-based Experience Strategy & Design Studio. You will design end-to-end experiences for an internal AI platform used by thousands of enterprise users, from early concepts to working prototypes.

You will work in a fast, collaborative environment with executive engagement, applying user-centered design methods, building artifacts, and contributing to a design system while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or HCI.
• 8+ years of product or service design experience; a Master's degree with 6+ years or equivalent.
• Strong UX/UI design portfolio demonstrating shipped work.
• Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable.
• Ability to gather user context and translate into design strategy without detailed direction.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, from concepts to prototypes.
• Iterate quickly in Lovable and merge work with VS Code projects as needed.
• Apply user-centered methods to frame problems and connect insights to design decisions.
• Create artifacts at multiple fidelities: storyboards, wireframes, journeys, personas.
• Use and contribute to an established design system (UI controls, templates, icons).
• Plan and facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops with stakeholders.
• Present design direction and future-state concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Validate work with peers and users and iterate based on feedback.
