Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Senior UX/CX Designer to join the client’s Experience Strategy & Design Studio. You will design end-to-end experiences for an internal AI hub serving thousands of enterprise users, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with executive engagement.

This full-time remote role for candidates in the Philippines follows a US Mountain Time shift, Monday through Friday, with benefits including medical coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with user-centered design methods and design thinking.
• 8+ years of product or service design experience.
• Strong UX/UI design portfolio.
• Ability to prototype in Lovable and hand off to development.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools and enterprise users.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design artifacts.
• Contribute to and use the established design system.
• Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Present concepts to executives clearly.
• Validate designs with users and iterate.
