Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company with a global, fully remote team. We seek a UX/UI Designer to deliver intuitive interfaces for cloud-native applications.

You will conduct discovery, create journey maps, and design prototypes for client presentations, working with cross-functional teams and clients across regions. The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid prototyping, and a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with UX/UI design.
• Expert-level written communication and storytelling through visual communication.
• Expertise with UX/UI software including Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, Lucidchart.
• Ability to design and help construct rapid prototypes for efficient feedback cycles.
• Expertise working in client-facing environments and professional services engagements.
• Excitement and curiosity for solving client challenges and partnering with technologists.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize elements of design, psychology, and development to create engaging user journeys.
• Create storyboards, wireframes, flows, and interaction models to produce prototypes for client presentations.
• Develop user personas and user flows to meet client needs and align with the overall vision.
• Set the foundation for development of well-designed and enjoyable user experiences.
• Partner with clients, product managers, and technical teams to perform discovery and gather requirements.
• Pursue understanding of user needs and priorities, and the trade-offs to deliver optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate a client-first and user-centric mindset from vision to implementation.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams across client engagements.
• Thrive in a fully remote, high-growth environment.
