Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare tech, diagnostics, imaging, or capital equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with people management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual commercial strategy and operating plan for Ultrasound in the Philippines.
• Lead distributor/channel partner strategies and drive market coverage expansion.
• Manage a high‑performing sales organization with clear performance expectations.
• Drive revenue growth, market share gains, and enterprise sales across key segments.
• Collaborate across regions, marketing, service, and applications teams to ensure customer outcomes.
