Job summary

Xurpas Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to translate System Requirements Specifications into intuitive web and mobile interfaces, ensuring accessibility and responsive design. You will develop production-ready designs in Figma, maintain design systems, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to validate flows.

Experience with WCAG 2.1 and design standards is essential.

Qualifications

Must-have: advanced Figma proficiency for high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Ability to translate SRS into intuitive UI designs independently.
Strong knowledge of responsive design and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Review SRS, requirements, and user stories to identify UI needs and screen flows.
Create high-fidelity Figma mockups, prototypes, and interactive user flows for web and mobile.
Maintain design systems and Figma component libraries.
Collaborate with BAs, developers, PO, and stakeholders to validate designs and workflows.
Annotate designs with interaction details and different UI states for handoff.
Identify UI/UX gaps in requirements and coordinate with BAs for clarification.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Support UAT and testing by clarifying design intent and resolving UI discrepancies.
Ensure designs follow responsive design principles and WCAG 2.1 standards.
