Job summary

RHIA in Gurugram is seeking a mid-level Product Owner to translate the travel-tech vision into a practical backlog. You will bridge business goals with the development team, shaping a unified hospitality platform for hoteliers.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and client success to deliver high-impact features, write clear user stories, and drive value through data-driven decisions and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product ownership or business analysis in a software environment.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Experience writing user stories and running sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS and travel/tech domains.
• Understand travel industry personas and workflows.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics and AI insights.
• Collaborate with data teams for AI features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to break down complex problems into incremental solutions.

Responsibilities

• - Own and maintain the product backlog with clearly prioritized items for sprints.
• - Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering teams.
• - Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into detailed product specs.
• - Align with Product Manager and stakeholders on market needs and roadmaps.
• - Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality of delivered increments.
• - Analyze product metrics and feedback for backlog iterations.
• - Coordinate with UI/UX Designers for design-aligned requirements.
• - Integrate AI-driven elements with Data Science teams where applicable.
• - Communicate context and status to non-technical stakeholders.
