Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager - Consulting (Business Transformation) to lead transformation projects across Marketing, Sales, Service and E-commerce initiatives. The role requires 9+ years of consulting experience and strong client relationship skills.

You will manage RFPs, design future state roadmaps, and mentor junior staff while delivering value for clients through innovative digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and master’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in managing commercials and RFPs
• Strong understanding of marketing/ sales/ service strategies, or e-commerce platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects focused on transformation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement through effective marketing, sales or service solutions.
• Experience in Business Strategy, CX Strategy, Current State Assessments, Future State Design, Business Case & Roadmap Development, Process Design, Journey Mapping and Design.
• Own the preparation and submission of RFPs, ensuring high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the consulting process.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
