Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior project manager to lead the Core Lending Replacement workstream within the Sunshine Program. You will coordinate across business, IT, operations, risk, and vendors to meet timelines, scope, and quality goals.

You will drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, and support testing, migration, and implementation activities. A strong track record in large-scale tech transformations and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery for Core Lending Replacement workstream.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Track project progress and escalate issues requiring management intervention.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Support testing, migration, training, and implementation activities.
• Manage project vendors and monitor delivery commitments.
• Work closely with the Sunshine Program Manager and PMO to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
