Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Core Lending Replacement within the Sunshine Program. You will coordinate across business, technology, operations, risk, and external partners to meet timelines, scope, and quality objectives.

The role requires 9+ years in project management, proven delivery of complex transformations, and strong stakeholder communications. Hybrid work setup and a competitive bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery for the Core Lending Replacement workstream.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Track project progress and elevate issues requiring management intervention.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Support testing, migration, training, and implementation activities.
• Manage project vendors and monitor delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with the Sunshine Program Manager and PMO to align with program objectives.
