Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience working with ERP and accounting software.
• Experience working with or leading development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements.
• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda.
• Participate meaningfully in engagement development and execution.
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client meetings.
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions.
• Mentor and develop staff Associates.
