Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Associate to lead and support M&A engagements from client development to transaction close. You’ll oversee Associates on project teams and provide senior M&A professionals with critical deal materials and analysis.

You will coordinate due diligence, draft QOE reports, participate in engagement development, and mentor staff. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in transaction advisory and experience with ERP/accounting software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction advisory services
• Experience with ERP and accounting software
• Experience with or leading development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements
• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda
• Participate meaningfully in engagement development and execution
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions
• Mentor and develop staff Associates
